Lori Bosanko

Lori Bosanko serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for FCCS. She brings a deep and varied experience to the role, having previously served as general counsel, worked with boards of directors and provided legal insight on a broad variety of business, insurance and policy issues.

Lori previously served as assistant city attorney for the City and County of Denver in Airport Legal Services division. There she provided legal insight and support in a variety of areas, including policy development, legislative relations, contract administration and most recently the sensitive issues surrounding the legality of recreational marijuana in the state.

Prior to that, Lori was the Arapahoe County Board of County Commissioners administration manager, supporting the policy making process, budget management and strategic goal-setting to meet the County’s mission, vision and values. Serving as liaison between five elected supervisors and management, she honed her ability to negotiate priorities among competing interests and manage through sensitive situations. Lori also served for three years as associate general counsel/title department manager for the Rochester Title & Escrow Company.

Licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Minnesota, Lori holds a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, and both a master’s degree in Political Science with an Emphasis in Public Administration and International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of South Dakota. She currently serves on the board of the Foothills Park and Recreational District.
