The R Factor

The R factor is a simple system used to produce the best version of you. During this keynote, you will learn the relationship between leadership, culture, and behavior known as the Performance Pathway. Attendees will learn the impact of behavior skills on job skills and what it means to take ownership of their 20 square feet of the business they work in and in the relationships they build. You will learn how to apply E+R=O to the situations you face with Discipline and create a language around behavior that can be shared and used to coach others.

Learner Outcomes:

1. Recognize the relationships between Leadership, Culture and Behavior.
2. Apply a system to personal performance.
3. Remove behavior that can be toxic to Culture.
4. Challenge yourself to be better today than you were yesterday and better tomorrow than you were today
