Relentless Leadership

Relentless Leadership is a leadership model that is a systematic approach to the complexities of leadership. Participants will learn the mindset of a leader and the importance of Trust and Results in creating a high performing team. You will also learn the relationship between Leaders, Culture, and Behavior to produce results in any organization. Participants will also learn the Relentless Leadership model and the six pillars of leadership. Character, Competence, Connection for Trust and Clarity, Accountability, and Support for Results.

Learner Outcomes:

1. Recognize the relationship between Leadership, Culture, and Behavior.
2. Understand the importance of Trust in Leadership.
3. Understand the importance of producing Results in Leadership.
4. Gain clarity on how to demonstrate Character, Competence, and Connection to earn Trust.
5. Gain clarity on how to demonstrate Clarity, Accountability, and Support to produce Results
