Make your reservation online or call the hotel directly at 1-800-333-3333 by May 24, 2024 and identify yourself as "FCCS".

Room rate: $289* for single/double occupancy and is subject to applicable state and local taxes. Taxes are subject to change without notice.

NOTE: Please note that Hotel Booking site currently shows a rate of $314.00 which includes an urban fee of $25.00. There is an error in the reservation system that is currently being remedied. Upon check-out, you will NOT be charged this $25.00 Daily Urban fee and your reservation will be adjusted to reflect this prior to final payment.**

Self Parking*:
Overnight: $59/day, with in and out privileges. The north elevators bring you to the back of the Aqua building, where you can then walk through our lobby to find the reception area. Parking tickets are to be paid at the front desk.

Check-in: 3 p.m.
Check-out: 12 p.m.

All reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space or rate available basis. The rate will be available three days pre and post the conference dates if made prior to the cutoff date, based on availability.

Late Arrival/Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a deposit by check or guaranteed to a major credit card. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.

All deposits being held by the hotel, are refundable for cancellations received by the Hotel on or before 6 p.m. 24 hours prior to anticipated arrival. For guests who are "no shows", deposits will be forfeited to the Hotel.
