Tim Caffrey is a Senior Consultant for FCCS, where he works on governance consulting and facilitation, board leadership development, board and director peer evaluations, strategic planning facilitation, boardroom training, and provides guidance and support for cooperative boards and their directors to help build and establish more effective governance practices.
Prior to joining FCCS, Tim focused on customer and employee experience design strategy, organizational development and effectiveness, and leadership coaching. Tim also has experience as a management consultant working for global consultancies – including Accenture Strategy, IBM Global Business Consulting, and EY Performance Improvement – where he focused on helping organizations and their leadership teams develop and optimize empowering employee experiences to drive and enable seamless and personalized customer experiences.

Tim received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Lehigh University, earned an MA in Organizational Communication, an MBA in Marketing, and a graduate certificate in Organizational Development, Training, and Learning from the University of Denver. Most recently, Tim earned a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior from Harvard University.
