FCCS Expands Expertise With New Consulting Network

As the world grows more and more complex, it’s virtually impossible for an organization to have on staff all the expertise it needs to support every strategic initiative.

For more than four decades, Farm Credit and ag cooperatives have turned to the FCCS team of experts for consulting on key governance, leadership development, recruitment and talent management, and insurance and risk issues. FCCS has now launched a powerful expansion of our consulting expertise with the Consulting Network, striving to help our clients move forward, faster.

“The FCCS Consulting Network broadens and deepens the expertise, solutions and services we’re able to bring to bear to solve our clients’ challenges and help them position for accelerated growth,” says Jean Cantey Segal, Chief Learning Officer with FCCS.

This FCCS Consulting Network merges two professional resources: experienced FCCS Principal Consultants who know this industry and its nuances, and Affiliate Consulting Services selected from a well-vetted, proven group of outside providers.

“The organizations invited to join the Consulting Network have meaningful experience working with FCCS clients and have demonstrated their value,” says Jean. “Together with our Principal Consultants, the Consulting Network is positioned to provide end-to-end solutions to address the key issues challenging our clients and help them think through how best to move forward to a successful future.”

The Consulting Network extends FCCS’s expertise into areas critical to long-term success in today’s volatile and uncertain environment: technology, future trends and mental focus to name a few. The Network will continue to be enhanced as new needs are identified and new trusted partners established.

“Complexity and change are now a constant, so as we consider our clients’ evolving needs, we look at the competencies and capabilities of our Principal and Affiliate Consultants and recommend the best resources and approach for each client’s situation and needs,” says Jean. “In all cases, a client will work directly with a consultant in the Network who fits their needs, whether that’s an internal Principal Consultant, an external Affiliate Consultant, or a combination of both.”
