Nominate Your 2022 Accelerator of the Year!
It’s been a turbulent year with surprises and stressors abounding throughout the globe, making maintaining a strategic path toward organizational growth harder than ever and demanding dedicated and inspiring leadership at every level.
FCCS is now accepting nominations for the 2022 Accelerator of the Year Award, which recognizes the person who has contributed most significantly to the growth, advancement and development of your organization throughout the year.
“In such dramatically uncertain times like we’ve been facing for the past few years, true accelerators help their organizations overcome challenges, innovate better solutions and position for the new future,” says Chad Moller, FCCS CEO. “The Accelerator of the Year Award embodies this powerful mindset and the achievements it enables.”
Last year’s winner was AgTexas Farm Credit Services’ Kayla Robinson, who was then chief operating officer and has since been promoted to CEO. Kayla was lauded for leading initiatives to reinvigorating crop insurance revenues, increasing diversity and employee engagement, and revamping the internship program to deliver real value.
Nominations for the Accelerator of the Year can be submitted through January 31, 2023. The winner will be announced in April, and will receive $1,000 and recognition on FCCS’ digital media channels and throughout 2023 conferences.
“Continued success for any organization demands exceptional leaders at every level, from individual contributors through the executive suite,” says Jean Cantey Segal, FCCS Chief Learning Officer. “FCCS wants to recognize these accelerators who rise to the challenges and spur others to do the same, driving toward organizational success.”
Award Process
• Visit the FCCS Accelerator of the Year Award website to access the nomination form. Please submit only one nomination for the individual you believe best represents the Accelerator of the Year.
• Nominations will be accepted until midnight on January 31, 2023.
• The FCCS award committee will review the nominations and select the Accelerator of the Year based on the information provided.
• The Accelerator of the Year will be announced in April.
