Session Description

Association Synopsis - Large Association Roundtable

Wednesday, May 1, 2024

4:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Whether you are part of a program that is just getting started or have the experience of a well-established organization, the Association Synopsis is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insight into the make-up and strategy of home lending programs across the country. This session is an opportunity for each association to share information related to their consumer and rural home lending programs, including how their programs are structured, staffed, and the challenges and opportunities experienced. The session will offer a focused look at hot topics and key factors impacting our industry, and you will hear how the diverse Associations in attendance are tackling challenges and innovating. A questionnaire will be sent prior to the conference to use as a guide.

If you are an association with $5B or more in assets, you would sign up for the Large Association Synopsis roundtable. This segmentation is designed to allow engagement with peers across the system that originate and manage similarly sized residential portfolios.

Learner Outcomes:

1. Network with individuals from partner Associations with assets of $5B or more to discuss structure, strategy, and challenges.
2. Identify how other programs are structured, as well as what opportunities exist in other markets and how to take advantage of those opportunities.
3. Discover key strategies implemented by peers to tackle hot topic challenges such as process improvement, time to close, and remote work.
