Human connection is what really matters at work...Right?

After all...

- People who feel connected to their co-workers are more productive and happier.
- In sales, a transaction can’t happen without a connection.
- People don’t quit their jobs, they quit their boss.
- An organization doesn’t grow by adding more boxes to its org chart. It grows by strengthening the lines in between them.

The problem is, it’s squishy. Most individuals (and most organizations) don’t know how to predictably and reliably increase human connection in the workplace. To them, human connection feels like an organic soft skill. “Hey, it’s either there...or it ain’t.” But human connection is a skill like any other. And there’s nothing “soft” about it.
