Biography

With over 10 years of experience in organizational development and learning and human resources, Amanda Sjuts has worked with many leaders and teams to expand their capabilities and help them strengthen their teams, leadership and culture. She currently designs and facilitates customized teaming solutions, enhancing employee engagement initiatives, managing leadership development programs, and providing strategic oversight of learning and development needs. She is passionate about creating positive and collaborative work environments where people can thrive and grow.

With multiple certifications (CliftonStrengths, DiSC, Six Thinking Hats, Influencer, Crucial Conversations, Team Performance Model, Five Behaviors, KornFerry Architect) Amanda uses these models as tools for development. As a former Husker volleyball player who graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Minor in Business, and a Master of Educational Leadership with a Specialization in Sports Management; she brings multiple lenses and experiences to her content development, coaching, facilitation, and leadership development.

In addition to Amanda’s work experience at Farm Credit Services of America and previously at The University of Nebraska Foundation, she volunteered as a volleyball coach for Creighton University & Westside High School and played professional volleyball in Spain. Amanda and her husband Anthony have four children and they enjoy all things sports and traveling.
