Biography
Tim is the VP – Rural Living Solutions for Compeer Financial and has worked for Compeer and its predecessor organizations for 27 years; 23 years in home and consumer lending. Prior to his current role in leading the mortgage sales and operations teams, Tim spent most of his 23 years in mortgage lending in credit and underwriting. He was the original lead underwriter in the Freddie Mac relationship and most recently led the Underwriting and Servicing teams.
In addition to working with Compeer Financial, Tim is married to Christina and has two adult children and a son-in-law with his first grandchild set to join the family in August! For the past 22 years he has served as an elected official starting as a City Councilperson in 2002, then Mayor in 2006 and now as a County Commissioner since 2014. In his spare time, you can find Tim volunteering in his community, out fishing or visiting a distillery, winery or brewery.
