An overview of the economics at play in the agricultural sector and the factors playing an effect on farmland values. Doug Hodge, ARA, MAI, Director of Appraisal with Peoples Company will give insight into farmland values across the country. Dr. Scott H. Irwin, the Laurence J. Norton Chair of Agricultural Marketing at the University of Illinois will discuss various economic factors in agriculture.
