Cyber Guardrails: Staying Ahead of The Regulatory Race

Cybersecurity remains a top industry risk with an accelerating pace of change and increase in complexity. Expectations for effective management of cyber risk are evolving both in and outside of the Farm Credit System. Hear directly from FCA leadership about the new Cybersecurity regulations that will be effective for 2025. The session will address current cyber considerations, industry best practices, and rationale for the increased expectations in this area.
