Biography

Adrien Wade is the Enterprise Risk Manager for Farm Credit Mid-America (FCMA), a $40B ACA whose territory includes Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, and Tennessee. She is responsible for the Enterprise Risk Management program to identify, prioritize, respond, monitor, and report on FCMA’s top risks. She also coordinates and collaborates across the three lines to manage and monitor operational risks and to effectively implement an Integrated Risk Management tool.

Adrien is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in risk, audit, and compliance. She held roles in heavily regulated industries including energy, utilities, and health insurance prior to joining FCMA in 2020.

Adrien grew up in South Florida before marrying into a farming family after meeting her husband in graduate school at the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!). They now have a 3-year-old son together and enjoy hiking, exploring new places, time on the beach, and spending weekends on the farm. Over the last decade in Kentucky, Adrien has gained an appreciation for open spaces, the hard work it takes to run a farm, and the importance of preserving rural America.
