Biography

Dr. Janet Lapp is a former professor, psychologist, and registered nurse, born and raised in Québec, Canada with a PhD from McGill University. Over the past 30 years, over 3,400 audiences and Fortune 100 companies from Russia to Argentina have practiced the mindset that successfully leads through disruptive change.

Admitted to the Speakers Hall of Fame, rated by Toastmasters as one of the top three speakers worldwide, she is the creator of the Emmy-nominated CBS series ‘Keep Well.’. Her forthcoming, and sixth book (Wiley, 2025), highlights the leadership mindset needed to guide others through disruptive change.
