Larry Pritchett, CPA – Chief Risk Officer, AgSouth Farm Credit

• Undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Business Administration
• Graduate degree in Accounting
• Currently enrolled at Wake Forest University’s MBA program
• Registered CPA in Florida and North Carolina
• 10+ years of Risk and Audit Experience
• 6 years within the Farm Credit System
• Served as Chief Risk Officer for Carolina Farm Credit prior to merger
• Prior to Carolina Farm Credit worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers
• Worked mostly on the Association audits in the AgFirst District and AgFirst Bank
• Serves as the District Chair of the AgFirst ICFR Steering Committee
• Serves on the System ICFR Committee
• Serves on the System Fraud Response Workgroup
