Biography

Staci Brown is the Director of Internal Audit at Yosemite Farm Credit, ACA (YFC) headquartered in Turlock, CA. Staci has been with the Farm Credit System for 26 years. She spent 10 years in direct lending positions that include Special Assets and Capital Markets before transitioning into Credit Review, Internal Audit, and Risk Management roles. In her current role as Director of Internal Audit, Staci’s responsibilities include leading YFC’s Internal Audit and Internal Credit Review functions as well as Internal Audit Planning, Regulatory and External Audit coordination, and collaboration with Yosemite’s Audit Committee and Executive Management Team in the areas of Assurance, Governance and Risk Management. Staci also serves as the current Chair of the FCS Review, Audit, and Appraisal Workgroup (RAAW) and is a member of the Director Leadership Conference Audit advisory group.

Staci holds a Certified Internal Auditor designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics. She attended graduate school at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, CA earning a Master’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Agriculture.

Staci is actively involved in agriculture as a 5th generation beef cattle producer and is an American Quarter Horse breeder. She resides in Oakdale, CA with her husband and two children.
