Biography

Stephanie Bernard has served as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management for AgWest Farm Credit since January 2020. Prior to her current role, she served in various capacities in risk, credit underwriting and front-line lending for the past 15 years at Farm Credit. In 2019, she obtained her certificate in women’s leadership from Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies. She enjoys teaching and helping individuals develop as professionals. Stephanie and her husband live in Spokane, Washington, along with their two children. When she is not working, she spends her time running, reading, gardening, or volunteering at Spokane public schools.
