Learning Conference

The summit for Farm Credit leadership. Developing leaders, inspiring high potentials engaging teams, and enhancing culture.

Whether you are leading a team or leading yourself, this conference is for all the veteran and emerging leaders who sometimes feel they’re “running on empty,” this conference is calling your name. Learn what top performers are doing now to keep themselves motivated, their teams focused, their customers loyal and what they envision next as changes continue.

By thoughtful design, the Conference builds teams, enhances cultural efforts and develops your professionals through expert speakers with timely keynotes and breakout sessions covering industry challenges and opportunities in the areas of:

  • The Business of Lending: These sessions explore: How has lending changed? How will it change in the future? How are customers different? How does Farm Credit serve the next generation of customer? How do we lead our talent to serve the customer?
  • Human Capital and Talent Strategy: These sessions cover the challenges and opportunities you and your teams face: What leadership skills and talent are needed in today and tomorrow's workplace? How can we motivate and engage employees, enhance our culture and attract and retain talent?
  • Customer Engagement and Client Relationships: These sessions tackle marketing and communications, brand awareness, reputation, and client interactions: What is our customer experience strategy? How can we establish a customer-centric culture? How do we demonstrate our value to the customer and build loyalty?
  • NEW for 2023: Orientation to the Farm Credit System: These sessions explore the Farm Credit Structure (including the Farm Credit Council, Farm Credit Administration, and Farm Credit Funding Corporation), the history of the Farm Credit System and how it has evolved over the years to meet the demands of the customer-owners. What are the roles and responsibilities of the Farm Credit System agencies? What is the history of this unique funding model and cooperative structure? How has Farm Credit evolved over the years to serve Rural America and farmers and ranchers?
