The Small Business & Small Farm Lending Rule – Understanding the Basics

This session will dive into the implementation of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) new Small Business Lending rule with a specific focus on strategies to proactively address compliance requirements for this new and complicated rule in 2024 and beyond. An overview of the regulation will be provided along with practical solutions and general readiness will be a focus on the session. Farm Credit Officers, Legal Professionals, and Compliance Teams will benefit from attending this session by learning how covered institutions from across the country are intending to comply with the new rule and where they stand from a project readiness perspective.
