Chad Moller is CEO of FCCS, where he works closely with the board of directors to define and implement the organization’s strategic and business direction.
Prior to being named CEO in 2020, Chad served as COO and CFO since 2012. In these roles, Chad provided FCCS with financial and operations leadership, and also oversaw all legal, IT, human resources, and administrative functions for the organization.
Chad came to FCCS from Comcast, where he served as the Vice President of Finance for the company’s $11 billion West Division operation, responsible for the organization’s financial planning and analysis and management reporting functions.
“Good leadership requires a balance between collaboration and decisiveness while motivating a team toward excellence in delivering on your values for your clients,” says Chad.
Chad grew up on a family farm and ranching operation in southeastern South Dakota, near Mitchell, and completed his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dakota Wesleyan University. He also holds a Certificate in Telecommunications from the University of Denver, and is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School’s Certificate of Management Excellence program.

Lori Bosanko serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for FCCS. She brings a deep and varied experience to the role, having previously served as general counsel, worked with boards of directors and provided legal insight on a broad variety of business, insurance and policy issues.
Lori previously served as assistant city attorney for the City and County of Denver in Airport Legal Services division. There she provided legal insight and support in a variety of areas, including policy development, legislative relations, contract administration and most recently the sensitive issues surrounding the legality of recreational marijuana in the state.
Prior, Lori was the Arapahoe County Board of County Commissioners administration manager, supporting the policy making process, budget management and strategic goal-setting to meet the County’s mission, vision and values. Serving as liaison between five elected supervisors and management, she honed her ability to negotiate priorities among competing interests and manage through sensitive situations.
Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish and a master’s degree in political science with an emphasis in public administration and international studies from the University of South Dakota, and a juris doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in Minnesota. She is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Minnesota.

Brian Clanton is Chief Risk Management Officer and EVP with FCCS, where he develops and implements strategy while leading the company’s risk management and insurance practice. He leads all Farm Credit System risk management and property and casualty insurance functions and serves as president of the Farm Credit System Association Captive Insurance Company.
“I’m looking forward to finding ways to add even more value to our clients as we support their evolving risk and insurance needs,” says Brian. “I believe that by keeping our clients’ needs in mind as we explore and consider new coverages, industry developments, and new ways to deliver our services, we’ll continue to ‘sharpen our saw’ and help our clients mitigate the risks they face.”
Brian brings nearly 25 years of insurance industry experience to FCCS, including supporting both financial institutions and agribusinesses. He most recently served as senior vice president with Lockton Companies where he led the sales and operations functions, working on complex property and casualty solutions for large business owners. Prior to Lockton, he led operations at UNICO Group, a regional brokerage firm, where he developed underwriting guidelines, led claims processing, hired key personnel, and drove profitable growth for the organization. He also spent 10 years at State Farm Insurance where he was a commercial lines underwriting manager, leading 60+ employees across six states.
Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska and a master’s degree in management, with honors, from Doane University. He holds CPCU, ARA, ACS and FLMI professional designations.

Brad Langan is the Chief Financial Officer of FCCS, where he leads the organization’s finance and accounting operations, as well as a team dedicated to careful strategic financial management to ensure the continued financial viability of the company. He also serves as treasurer of the Farm Credit System Captive Insurance Company (the Captive), providing support for accounting, financial reporting, analysis and financial planning functions, and serves as the financial lead for the Farm Credit Council. Brad works closely with the boards of FCCS, the Captive and the Council, including supporting key board committees in carrying out their charters.
Brad joined FCCS in 2012, serving first as Accounting Manager before being promoted to Director of Finance in 2016. In this role, he was responsible for all accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting for the Risk Management Department of FCCS, as well as the Captive, Harvest Re and other related businesses. Before FCCS, Brad worked in insurance sales, and spent three years in public accounting as an auditor focused on agribusiness, insurance, real estate, construction, non-profits and other companies. He started his professional career in 2007.

Jean Cantey Segal serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at FCCS, where she leads the organization’s Learning & Consulting Services division and partners with leaders across the Farm Credit System and agricultural industry on leadership, governance, strategy, and organizational performance.
A trusted advisor to CEOs, executive teams, and boards of directors, Jean is known for helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen leadership capability, and respond to the opportunities and shifts shaping the future of the industry. Her work spans executive advisory services, governance consulting, strategic facilitation, leadership development, and enterprise learning experiences designed to drive meaningful organizational impact.
Jean has been instrumental in advancing FCCS’s position as a strategic partner across the System through innovative leadership initiatives and collaborative experiences that bring together executives, directors, and industry leaders to share insight, challenge conventional thinking, and strengthen future readiness across the Farm Credit System.
Known for her ability to connect strategy, people, and practical execution, Jean brings a forward-looking and highly collaborative approach to her work, helping leaders move from conversation to clarity, alignment, and action.
Prior to joining FCCS, Jean held leadership roles with the Financial Planning Association, Centrix Financial, and Charles Schwab & Co..

Stephanie Barton is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications for FCCS, where she oversees communication strategy, reputation management, event and program marketing, as well as the national affinity program, Passkey. She also created and hosts the FCCS Forward Thinking Podcast.
A strategic marketing professional with more than two decades of experience in the field, Stephanie joined FCCS as Marketing and Communications Director in 2012. Prior to that, she was Marketing and Communication Manager for CoBank, where she provided strategic leadership and program management of the bank’s advertising, marketing and charitable giving functions.
Stephanie’s background encompasses account management, marketing, advertising and fundraising, gained through leadership roles as Senior Director of Account Management for InStore Broadcast Network, as Director of Marketing and Fundraising for KCPW Radio (National Public Radio station), and as Director of Marketing, Events and Visitor Services for the University of Utah’s Red Butte Garden. She has spent her career engaging customers and internal audiences to build brand awareness and organization ambassadors.
Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in arts, marketing and international business from Kansas State University.
