Join Our Team

We're so glad you're interested in joining our team! We invite you to explore our open roles and apply if something feels like a great fit. We know talent doesn't always fit neatly into a job description, and we genuinely welcome diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

Interview Process

Our goal is simple: to get to know you, while making sure you get to know us. We want you to leave every conversation feeling informed, valued, and excited about what's ahead.

If you are invited to an interview, here's what you can expect:

  1. Initial phone screen with Human Resources
A relaxed first conversation where we learn about you and share more about the role and what makes FCCS a special place to work.
  2. Virtual interview with the hiring manager
This is where we really dig in — your background, technical skills, strengths, and what draws you to this opportunity. Come with questions; we love diving deep into the role.
  3. Behavioral assessment
A short, insightful assessment that helps us understand your natural tendencies and strengths.
  4. In-person panel interview at our Denver Tech Center office
Meet more of the team, see the mountain views from our beautiful office, and get a real feel for our culture. (For candidates outside of Colorado, this interview may be conducted virtually.)

    What Makes FCCS Unique

Hear directly from FCCS team members as they share what makes our culture stand out. From collaboration and innovation to purpose-driven leadership, our people are at the heart of everything we do.

Working at FCCS has given me the incredible gift of flexibility, allowing me to be fully present for my family. I didn’t have to miss a single one of my kid’s games or senior year events, and I’ll treasure that forever. The ability to balance meaningful work with meaningful moments at home is something I’m deeply grateful for, and it’s one of the reasons I value being part of FCCS so much.

    - Marketing & Communications Leader

    Our Vision + Core Values

At FCCS, our vision is to push boundaries and explore what's possible — for our people, our partners, and our clients. We are committed to accelerating leading-edge opportunities that drive meaningful progress, foster lasting relationships, and create a future where everyone we serve has the tools, support, and confidence to move boldly forward. By investing in innovation and in the people behind it, we work every day to build something greater than what came before, together.

Our values aren't a poster on the wall. They're the way we show up for each other every day. We call them our CART of Values:

C — Communication We believe open, honest dialogue opens doors. Relentless professionalism, candor, and kindness guide every conversation — with clients and colleagues alike.

A — Appreciation We celebrate what makes each person unique. Every individual's experience, perspective, and intelligence strengthens what we build together.

R — Respect We acknowledge each other's strengths and actively foster an inclusive, diverse environment where everyone belongs.

T — Trust We believe in each other — in the character, accountability, and integrity that make real teamwork possible.

We also design our policies to reflect these values in action. That means trusting our employees, recognizing great work through our extensive employee recognition program, and creating a culture where people genuinely feel supported and appreciated.

In my nearly 30-year career, I’ve never worked for an organization that cares for its people the way FCCS does. What makes FCCS unique isn’t just competitive pay or recognition programs. It’s the way the company supports employees as whole people. When I faced the challenge of caring for an aging parent, FCCS gave me the flexibility to be there for my family while still meeting my professional responsibilities. That level of trust and compassion is rare, and it speaks volumes about our culture.

    Our Culture

Giving back is in our DNA. Throughout the year, we organize team volunteer projects and actively encourage employees to support the causes that matter most to them. Our ongoing 50ForGood initiative is a year-round program where colleagues share the incredible ways they're making a difference. As a part of this effort, FCCS donates $50 to each organization where employees are making an impact, further amplifying the good they do in their communities, and inspiring each other along the way.

Central to our community culture is our Culture Champion Team — a dedicated group of employees organized into four areas, each focused on making FCCS a place where people feel connected, celebrated, and supported:

    • Celebrations — Recognizing achievements, honoring cultural moments, and creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere through fun and meaningful events.
    • Community Service — Coordinating volunteer opportunities that allow employees to give back and strengthen the communities where we live and work.
    • Wellness — Developing programs and resources that support the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of every employee.
    • Connections — Fostering a culture of belonging where every employee feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
