Compeer Financial's Tim Tjosaas has been named the 2025 FCCS Accelerator of the Year, an award that recognizes a leader who has made significant contributions to advancing their organization, accelerating change and fostering growth.
This is the sixth year of the Accelerator of the Year award program, which is open to contributors and leaders at every level who accelerate their organization's success.

FCCS has named four honorees to the 2025 Accelerator of the Year Circle of Excellence in recognition of the strength of their nominations and their contributions to accelerating their organizations:
Kacie Kintner, Horizon Farm Credit - Nominated for improving efficiency, encouraging effective inter-team communication and reducing prequalification turnaround times at Horizon Farm Credit, contributing to $1 billion in new money and significant departmental growth over the past two years.
Heather Bush, Capital Farm Credit - Nominated for her commitment to improving Capital Farm Credit's customer experience, employee communication, industry outreach and Farm Credit collaboration, strengthening organizational culture and leadership alignment.
Curt Hudnutt, American AgCredit - Nominated for his strategic executive team building, effective business strategy, and commitment to building an organizational culture centered on trust at American AgCredit.
Kate Burger, AgSouth Farm Credit - Nominated for her dedication to piloting a new Lending Specialist position that has greatly enhanced AgSouth's loan operations and the service delivered to loan customers.
