“We are so grateful at AgGeorgia to have had Jay lead us in the recent search for our new CEO. Lucky is not nearly correct here...we have truly been blessed with Jay as our leader during this past search. Prayers answered. I am delighted to let you know that his qualities are beyond excellent... There can be absolutely no doubt that Jay knows and fully understands his business and job...especially the people in our dynamic industry at all applicable levels. This is a tremendous attribute and one that did not come overnight or from some book. I’m now learning that he is known as a class act coast to coast.” Board Chair, AgGeorgia Farm Credit
“The most important task for any Board of Directors is the selection and hiring of a CEO to lead their company. In most cases, it is also the one they are the least prepared for. Wilco was fortunate to team with Jay Lux and FCCS. Throughout the entire process, Jay was able to facilitate discussion, make sure all questions were asked and answered, and bring forward only those applicants that were qualified to meet our needs. All of the Directors felt comfortable in every step because of Jay’s ability to communicate in a professional and personable manner. The member’s time was used efficiently yet the process was never rushed or influenced. For the Wilco Board of Directors it is my honor to give Jay Lux and FCCS our highest recommendation to any organization in need of assistance in management succession.” Board Chair, Wilco Board of Directors
