Jay Lux helps organizations understand, develop and maximize talent by building strategy, constructing succession and talent management systems, assessing and selecting senior leadership, leading change, maximizing team effectiveness, measuring cultural and maximizing engagement to improve results. In addition, Jay facilitates the board evaluation process, board planning and strategy sessions, and facilitates the Premier and Advanced Governance Series for director development.

Jay earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and business from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and a master’s degree in human resources development from the University of St. Thomas’s School of Education.
