Session 1: LeaderShift and Courage

Learn to build trust and performance through honest, caring feedback. You’ll receive your 360 Profilor® results and build a Personal Learning Strategy which will help focus your development journey.
Session 2: Team Growth and Empowerment
Develop your team members through meaningful connections and the right coaching. You’ll practice situational leadership SLII® , to improve your one on ones and empower your team. Then be inspired by an industry visionary sharing future trends in finance. Share ideas about what future skills your team may need to meet your customer’s changing world. AND identify opportunities for your own growth.
Session 3: Culture and Results
Today’s teams are different from the teams of the past: They’re far more diverse, dispersed, digital, and dynamic. Support their success by increased team collaboration through a compelling direction, a strong structure, and a supportive context. Learn ways to counteract biases that impact how all of us lead and make decisions.
Session 4: Trust and Inclusion
Team members do their best when they feel safe to speak up, share ideas and admit mistakes. Get one on one coaching from master facilitators on how to run inclusive meetings. Build trust as you use the Carrot Principle to acknowledge your team member’s efforts meaningfully. Celebrate with your peers at a capstone dinner with senior leaders.
